Principles of Property Management is a two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required and very specific 12 hours of continuing education credits. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord / Tenant Act, and much more.

The cost of this course is $200.00. If you do not need the full 12 credits, you are welcome to register for a one day session at the reduced cost of $125.00. We are currently offering an incentive of $15.00 OFF the course price for those of you who pay by check or money order. If you choose to take advantage of this incentive, just print out our PAY BY CHECK form on the checkout page and mail it in with a check or money order in the amount of $185.00 or $110.00.

For your convenience, the Super 8 at 4703 N. Reserve Street has given us 10 rooms at their reduced rate of $63.29 plus tax. These rooms are set aside from 9/21/2010 – 9/22/2010 with a check out on 9/23/2010.
