Application & Rental Agreement Review is a four hour CE course which involves an in depth review of the Rules & Regulations, Rental Application, & Rental Agreement. This class is highly recommended if you are looking at revamping your application and agreement procedures.

The cost for this class is $75.00 for those paying by credit card. We are currently offering an incentive of $15.00 OFF the course price for those of you who pay by check or money order. If you choose to take advantage of this incentive, just print out our PAY BY CHECK form on the checkout page and mail it in with a check or money order in the amount of $60.00.

The 2010 course has already been given. Dates for the 2011 course have not yet been determined.
